Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping times
Estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and orders over $50 ship free.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at thelyssora@gmail.com.

Wrong address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping costs.

Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, we're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down.
